Muscle gains on keto fast?

Raising my testosterone
Muscle gains on keto is a revelation that came to me quite by accident. Although I had read This is because there are some considerations to be taken into account when doing extra things to increase muscle gains. For example,
practically any muscle gain is going to require either IGF1 (human insulin growth factor 1) or mTOR (mamalion target of rapamycin) IGF1 normally stops being the dominent form of hormone for growth after your tenage years, and mTOR tends to take over as the hormone for growth after that. However if perhaps because of eating a high glucose diet and remains reasonably prevalent and dominent, then the thinking goes that it might end up being bad for you and can lead to inflamation, diabetes and heart disease, whereas on the other hand mTOR has been associated with The antedote to So Dr Mercola came up with a rather ingenious solution in his book. He said if you want to gain muscle and live long and avoid diabetes and other metabolic diseases, then get your self onto the ketogenic diet and then once a week eat some healthy carbs and drink a cup of coffee and get into the gym and hit the weights hard for an hour or so, then eat some more carbs infact eat more than usual perhaps another 50% more, this will kick start your mTOR just for the purposes of muscle gain and then it will drop back to levels of extending life for the rest of the week, but only whilst on the ketogenic diet. He even suggested there is a way of getting your mTOR even higher by uncharicteristically reducing your calories the day before training as this will have the affect of causing your mTOR to rise even higher on the day of your trainning especially when your eating your extra carbs.
However, in my case, although this procedure may have been followed quite by accident on occasion, I seemed to benefit most by taking 3g - 9g of vitamin c a day. Because, testosterone is made from vitamin c, and it is also made only whilst you are asleep, and only in the last two hours of sleep, from approximately the 5th 6th hour through to the 7th 8th hour of sleep.
The next boost in my performance or elevated levels of testosterone came when I added 10mg - 30mg of boron to my daily diet. This had the immediate effect of letting me lift more weights and therefore benefit more greatly from the consequenses. Here I relized an increase in output, in both strength and durability. As was measured by exercising with a bull worker I had purchased many years before. From this one change in supplementation I was able to move doing 25 bends on my bull worker to doing 3 * 33 bends. Quite remarkable
The next boost in my performance or levels of testosterone came from adding iodine to my daily diet. I realized a 30% increase in my output in strength within a month of taking iodine. Again, as measured by a further increases in output from exercising with my bull worker exercise equipment. I had now gone from doing 3 * 33 bends to 50 bends straight off. Unbelievable.
The next and most recent change to my output following the ingestion of a new supplement has been with glutamine. I have just managed to do 75 bends on each arm using my bull worker. Having only been taking the glutamine for just a week!
Another supplement that seems to affective in boosting my testosterone level as measured by my output and recovery is Fenugrek.
Another supplement is Siberian Ginseng.
